The apartment awaits you with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas downstairs with powder room. A flat-screen TV in the lounge and main rooms, heating, cooling, laundry facilities and spa bath. There is a queen-size bed in the main room and 2 king single beds in the second room, each containing an ensuite bathroom.
The couch also becomes a sofa bed for extra guests. (Please notify if linen will be needed)
This apartment is across the road from Shepparton Lake and Art Museum which is a great attraction for visitors! It is a short walk to restaurants, 900m to local shops, 200m to BBQs and 800m from playgrounds, heated pools and gym facilities at Aquamoves. The railway station and public transport options are also easily accessible.
NOTE: There are no handrails on the stairs.
