Marnie and her husband moved to Ilkley in February 2023. Marnie loves hosting and entertaining, so she began a project to convert the shed on their property into an Airbnb for guests. With a wedding venue right next door, it has created an aesthetic space perfect for bridal parties to get ready for their big day, along with providing couples and small families a lovely getaway up on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. This project was a labour of love for Marnie, customising every details right down to ordering custom-designed furniture specifically for the space. She hopes all guests can enjoy the light, luxurious and cozy space she aimed to create.

The Casa Cove is just 15-20 minutes from most of the Sunshine Coast’s best beaches, Kawana Shoppingworld, Sunshine Plaza, and is in close proximity to the Hinterland range including Montville (22 mins), Mapleton (30 mins) and Maleny (33 mins). Approximately 20 minutes from the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, and with easy access to the highway to zip down to Brisbane city, this location is so central, yet is located in a suburb of acreage properties, giving you peace and serenity whilst at home.
