This townhouse is owned by a charming family who are exited to share their minds and understanding of arts with people from all over the world. The 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms townhouse has 3 levels with 2 car spaces, 2 balconies and a large ground floor back yard for unwinding. Bedrooms: on top floor we have Master En-suite with balcony overlooking beautiful Yarra River and New Quay West Marina, generous double vanity, bathtub and walk-in wardrobe. Other 2 bedrooms with amazing Melbourne Star Observation Wheel view and study desk sharing full bathroom on the top floor. On the ground ground, we have a 4th cozy bedroom for hosting more guests. On the middle level of the house you will have our expansive central living zone light-filled with view of Yarra River and New Quay West Marina, a designated dining area, luxury leather lounge seatings and gas fireplace. Kitchen: premium Miele stainless steel appliances such as gas stove cooktop, integrated oven, dishwasher, we also provide french fridge, coffee maker and microwave oven etc. Lounge: Really leather seating sofas and 55'Samsung Smart TV(Free Netflix premium subscriptions and Foxtel) Laundry: MIELE Dryer and washing machine
