Sitting on a hill overlooking the vineyards below, the residence has recently been comprehensively renovated, refurbished and extended to the highest of standards. Comprising an open plan living and dining area with views, a private master bedroom suite with walk-in-robe and en-suite bathroom with double showers and bathtub (the King Suite), a second bedroom (the Queen's Study) and a second bathroom with shower, the residence is both spacious yet intimate. Adelaide Hills House has undercover car parking for two vehicles. Until December 2023, a (swimming) pool house is being constructed toward the southern side of the property. The work will not inconvenience guests.
