Just a 25 minute drive from Mount Gambier along the coast line you will find Carpenter Rocks very own motel style accommodation. Located in a small fishing town Carpenter rocks is best know for it beaches, dirt bike and 4WD trails, swimming and great fishing spots.
Our motel is brand new and offers 3 different modern private room types.
Apartment 1 offers 2 bedrooms with space to fit 6 guests, comfy lounge area with a 65 inch smart tv, a fully equip kitchen with gas cooking and both bedrooms have smart tvs. The apartment offers a spacious private bathroom with bath and seperate toilet.
Motel rooms 2 & 3 offer 45 inch smart tvs, free unlimited wifi, split system heating and cooling, spacious private bathrooms. With 1 Queen bed and 1 roll away single bed. These rooms also have a joining door that can be unlocked upon request. Perfect for if you're from the same group or a big family.
There is parking space on site.
The main laundry is shared between the 3 private rooms with washer dryer and sink area.

The motel is 40 metres off the beach and within walking distance to the general store, tennis courts and the playground with BBQ area.
