Enjoy modern elegance in our well-designed 3-bedroom home. This home features open plan living, a beautiful kitchen, a sheltered alfresco area and stylish upstairs bedrooms, including a master suite with its own TV. When you enter the home there is a naturally lit sitting room with a gas fireplace. This leads to the open plan living and dining area. Enjoy the large smart TV from the comfort of a large 4-seat sofa with chaise. The elegant dining table seats 8. The large and well-equipped kitchen is integrated into the open plan area. Sliding doors lead to a sheltered alfresco area, with its own dining table. This green space allows you to enjoy meals or relax outdoors, rain or shine. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a super king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, large bathtub, and a double sink. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has a double and a single bed. On the lower level is a large living area with a sofa bed, TV and an office desk. Guests will have access to the entire home with off street parking in the carport for 1 car.
