From booking to check-out, we keep it simple, so you can relax and enjoy the best of the city we love, like a local. PLEASE NOTE: There is no reception desk nor luggage storage at MAC Richmond. Our remote reception team (available daily 9am - 5pm) will confirm your reservation and advise how to complete the online registration to enable self check-in on your arrival day. Photo ID will be required, along with payment of the security deposit, prior to arrival. There is no daily housekeeping. Stays of 7 nights or longer will receive a mid-stay / weekly service. **Limited on-site (open-air) car parking spaces are available (at cost). Car parking subject to availability at time of booking and not guaranteed. Pre-payment will be required in advance to secure a parking space.**

Our property also offers limited paid parking on-site and WiFi for your convenience.
