An open foyer greets you on arrival, leading you to a separate wing of the house, featuring a lounge area with a smart TV and Bose sound system this sets the holiday mood with this poolside retreat overlooking the sparkling 7 x 3m pool. Electric blinds control the level of sunlight at the touch of a button. Adjoining are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, ducted air-con and ceiling fans plus a shared bathroom with shower and views and a separate bath. Take advantage of a purpose-built, air-conditioned games room featuring a 7ft Pool / Air Hockey Flip Games Table, Smart TV with Sonos soundbar and separate powder room, perfect for entertaining both young and old. Glass doors push back to encompass the outdoor entertaining area fitted with a kitchen including a BBQ, bar fridge, dishwasher and sink and 6 seat high bar table. Merbau decking wraps around the pool to create the perfect indoor/outdoor environment. At the front of the property on the lower level, another bedroom has a Queen bed with ducted air-con and ceiling fans plus a private ensuite. There is a large well-equipped laundry room with Asko washer and dryer and separate drying deck available for guests to use. Ascending upstairs via a beautiful light-filled Australian Oak timber staircase, you will find the luxurious master bedroom suite with King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and expansive views over Noosa sound to the North Shore. The spacious ensuite includes a walk-in rain shower, separate bath and double vanities and heated towel racks leading you through to an equally spacious dressing room. The focus of the upper floor is the main open plan living, dining and kitchen space that extends across the width of the home. The lavish entertainer’s kitchen is complete with Miele appliances, L’OR Barista capsule coffee-machine and a walk-in butler’s pantry that adjoins a family sitting room and a dining area equipped for 8. Slide back the large glass doors and enjoy the comfort of a large balcony.

33 Arkana Drive is situated on the hillside above Noosa Junction, where the locals like to shop and socialise. The Junction is the main business hub of Noosa and offers all conveniences to visitors, including a cinema, theatre, major supermarkets, boutique shopping, and numerous bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets and all under a 10 minute walk Take a short drive to both Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach only 2km away or for the more energetic, it is approx. a 20 minute walk.
