Location is everything, and Malabar Retreat truly delivers. Just a short stroll from the Golf Club and only minutes by car to Cowes lively main street, you’ll have easy access to cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops. For nature lovers, pristine beaches and scenic walking trails are close at hand. Step inside to discover the heart of the home, a light filled open plan living area where the kitchen, dining, and lounge flow seamlessly together. The master bedroom welcomes you with its spacious layout and a private ensuite featuring a large shower and toilet. Off the kitchen, a well-appointed laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and essentials. Down the second hallway you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms and the main bathroom, complete with bath, shower, and toilet. The alfresco area is a standout, offering outdoor seating and a BBQ for relaxed dining under the open sky. The real highlight, however, is the swimming pool. Whether you’re here for a relaxing family holiday, a weekend with friends, or to explore all that Phillip Island has to offer, Malabar Retreat is the perfect base for your stay. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. This home sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms.
