The home is located 13Km's from the Mandurah Forum Shopping Complex (or nearby train station): Head south down the Old Coast Road with a simple turn just before the Dawesville Channel Bridge. A bus stop can also be found a 6 min walk away from the home. A bike is wonderful... there are so many paths and beaches to explore right from the doorstep. You can even cycle to the local grocery store if you are keen. If you love walking... you are 800m away from the Dawesville Cut - with beautiful paths to follow as you enjoy the sparkling water, big open skies and graceful dolphins swimming by. If you are a keen, launch your Boat at the Port Bouvard Marina and follow the estuary all the way to the Mandurah Quay, or up the Murray River to Ravenswood.
