Nestled in the heart of Rye, 'Meadow by the Sea beckons you to embark on an unforgettable holiday retreat. Step inside, a warm and inviting gas fireplace awaits, promising cozy evenings spent in the company of loved ones, with the soft crackling of logs and the gentle flicker of flames setting the perfect ambience. Dining table, capable of accommodating up to 12 guests. The bedrooms, adorned with built-in robes, provide a restful sanctuary for every guest, while the main bedroom indulges you with a generous walk-in robe. For those who appreciate the art of cooking, the kitchen is a gourmet's dream, equipped with modern conveniences like a microwave and dishwasher. Outdoors, a world of relaxation and entertainment awaits. Dive into the inviting inground pool, let your cares melt away in the spa. An outdoor ceiling fan keeps you cool as you savour alfresco delights cooked on the plumbed-in Webber BBQ. There's a trampoline and a table tennis for the active souls in the garage, ensuring every moment is filled with excitement. Please note that the basketball area is not for use and must not be used due to council regulations. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. Bedroom 1 – 1x King bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite Bedroom 2 – 1x Queen bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite Bedroom 3 – 1x Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4 – 1x Tri bunk (double/single) and single bed (sleeps 4) Bedroom 5 – 1x Tri bunk (double/single) and single bed (sleeps 4) Please BYO linen for the porta cot. All linen and towels are provided for your stay. A security camera is at the front of the home, facing the driveway and front yard. Rest assured, the security system is only monitored in the event of any concerns or issues. Your safety and privacy are of utmost importance to us.

The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions.
