There is a Woolworth's supermarket and restaurants, offering a variety of cuisines, located directly underneath the property. The property is not an affiliated Schoolies accommodation and will not accept reservations from guests under 21 years of age at Gold Coast hotels during this period. The property reserves the right to refuse any booking or evict persons between the ages of 16–21 who are not accompanied by a registered adult guest over the age of 21. The property also reserves the right to deny entry to anyone deemed to be participating in the Schoolies festival or failing to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
