Bedroom One offers a cozy queen-sized bed, complete with bedside tables and a spacious closet for all your storage needs. Bedroom Two is ideal for children or singles, featuring one single bed and a versatile single/double bunk bed. The modern bathroom includes a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub that's perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of adventure. Our fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials you’ll need to whip up meals during your stay, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner in. The property is around 96 acres. Things to check out: - A nice walk down to the main dam, via the back of the 2 sheds. Go through the gate past the black shed, then turn right past the sheep pen and follow the track down to the dam. - A walk from there to the back dam heading north. - Then up the hill back toward the house, there is a great view from the top of the hill where the timber seat is. A great spot to watch the sunrise too. You can also see lake Eppalock from here too. - Kangaroos often hang out early and late in the day in the paddock in the front of the house, and also on top of the hill.
