This holiday home is very spacious throughout and offers a small outside area for a small outside dog. (Sorry no cats allowed). This home has been refurbished and tastefully decorated so you can relax and enjoy your holiday. The airconditioned living area offers a large leather modular lounge in front of the TV, the dining setting comfortably seats 8, and the spacious kitchen for your own culinery haven. Security screened throughout, and the outdoor area is perfect for enjoy alfresco dining. The garden setting adds to the enjoyment of the back yard. The double carport gives covered accommodation for 2 vehicles and there is the added area to the side of the house where you could park a jetski. Located close to the Bells Creek boat ramp you don't have far to go to launch your vessel or throw in your fishing line. This property comes supplied with pillows & blankets.  Linen (sheets, towels, pillowcases, Tea towels, bath mats and face washers) is not included in the price. However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival. Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire. No parties, pets, smoking or excessive noise are allowed at this property. A security bond by means of a credit card pre-authorisation is required to book this property.
