Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located townhouse. Mickle Crescent is minutes walk to the CBD. Close-by to all of our towns best shops, restaurants major draw cards... including a 3 minute drive to the race-course, 7 minute walk to the Warrnambool football club and 12 minute walk into the CBD.
The townhouse has two bedrooms furnished with queen beds, along with an additional day bed down stairs that can be made into a single bed suitable for a child/teen.
Garage not included.
Born in Warrnambool, Australia. Currently working in real estate I pride myself on property. Cleanliness is a big thing for me and I treat homes they way I would expect guests to treat mine.
Only steps to the CBD, this centrally located townhouse is surrounded by a quiet neighbourhood and newrny the local botanical gardens, CDB and cafes/restaurants.
