Millingtons House is a stone’s throw from the riverside and five minutes from the ocean. You will find two spacious queen bedrooms and a double bed in the third bedroom is available upon request (the doubled bedroom is locked unless requested when the guest books). The bathroom boasts a large overhead rain shower, free standing bath tub and one toilet - we provide beautiful Tasmanian owned and made Lentara Grove bodywash, shampoo and conditioner and fluffy soft, large Quoin towels which you're also welcome to take to the beach when you're staying. The bathroom sits at the end of a hallway and the bedrooms flow off either side - there is a door which can be shut to the hallway which connects you to the open plan living, kitchen and dining space. This ensures you can rest in complete peace and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the amenities you need to comfortably reside here for days on end - fridge, kettle, coffee machine, tea pot, electric oven, stove top and dishwasher. We provide a simple complimentary pantry of muesli, pasta, olive oil, salt and pepper, sugar, teas and ground coffee for guests. The living area has a comfortable three seater sofa and ottoman with additional armchairs and a Samsung frame TV to have some time out watching your favourite shows, alternatively (and my favourite) there is a sunroom that flows on from the living area which is a discrete place to curl up and lose yourself in a book, lying on the sun drenched window seats for hours on end. We have a fully enclosed front and back yard - a perfect spot for dining el fresco! You will also find out the back, the external laundry - though simple in appearance you will have full use of a Fisher & Pykle washer and dryer with detergent provided and the clothes line with pegs in the backyard.
