Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. Your keys are offsite at 23 Lonsdale St, Braddon You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

The apartment is located on the 4th level of the building with full access to lifts for easy check-in and check-out. BEDROOMS: King-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage, block out curtains and reading lamps for a cosy atmosphere. Bedroom 1 - King-sized bed with TV and air conditioner Bedroom 2 - King sized bed and tower fan BATHROOMS: Both have large showers, single-hand basins and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop and oven - microwave - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. Note that the fridge's bottom shelf is a bit wobbly so I advise you not to put any items on it. LIVING ROOM: The living room has comfy chairs and reverse-cycle air conditioning for your comfort. There is a dining table, chairs and a desk; and a balcony with a view to enjoy. The living room also has a TV which has access to all local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer, dryer and clothes airer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 2 cars. Onsite visitor parking outside or internal of the first garage gate. Subject to availability.
