Modern Unit in the Heart of Margaret River Enjoy a peaceful stay in our modern unit, ideally located just minutes from the heart of Margaret River. Situated in a quiet area away from traffic, it’s only a 3-minute drive to the town center. This unit features a private garden area, positioned at the rear of our main residence. As your hosts, we are available to provide local insights, recommendations for dining, and tips on the best sightseeing spots. We welcome pets for a flat fee, which varies depending on the length of your stay. A nearby dog training park and easy access to cycling and exploration trails make this a perfect choice for pet owners and adventurers alike. New Year’s: A minimum 3-night stay is required for Christmas 2025, 23rd-26th Dec.

We have been proud residents of Margaret River for the past 18 years and love sharing our knowledge of the area with visitors. With backgrounds in business, digital media, and trades, we bring a diverse set of skills and passions to hosting. We are happy to provide recommendations on the best attractions and experiences in the region. My partner, Matt, is a skilled electrician who enjoys surfing and playing guitar. Before settling in Margaret River, we spent time living and studying in London. We love the outdoor lifestyle here, from the stunning beaches to the renowned wineries such as Leeuwin Estate and Voyager, just minutes away. One of our favorite spots is Gnarabup Beach, where we often enjoy breakfast with an ocean view. As dog lovers, we warmly welcome pets and treat them as our own. A fantastic off-leash dog park is just 200 meters away. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Rail to Trails and Cape to Cape tracks are easily accessible, and we are familiar with the best bike trails in the area. If you’re visiting on a Saturday, we highly recommend the fresh produce at the local markets!
