Walk down the street to the beach, this superb beach entertainer will provide you with everything you need for your perfect getaway. The house has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, TV, DVDs, stereo and a fireplace to relax around. Sleeps 9x people. WIFI is included. The kitchen is fully equipped and the outside area is a dream to return home to after a long day at the beach and relax. Located on the Mornington Peninsula, in Rye, Melbourne's favourite holiday destination, this beautiful holiday home is very close to the local beach. Wifi is included. Offering lovely gardens and a spacious home, this wonderful abode has heating/cooling, stereo, TV, DVD player, gas heated fireplace, ample space to stretch out, a dining seating for 6 guests plus stools, an outdoor dining set to accommodate everyone and an entertaining area for you to relax and BBQ in. Pets are allowed at this home in the outdoor areas only. Please note that the home is not fully fenced. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double story house sleeps 7 people comfortably. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
