Walk along the Esplanade to Lilo Cafe and Fisherman’s beach (1km) The house is located 2km from the cafes, restaurants and shops of Main Street, Mornington (there is a bus stop around the corner) The house has a relaxed, coastal feel. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite. A large sliding door leads out onto a balcony. Upstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen with a butlers pantry. The dining table has 6 seats (can fit another 2 to fit 8) Dining area has large sliding glass doors leading out onto a balcony with another 6 seater outdoor dining table. There is a Weber BBQ on the balcony. There is a comfy lounge and a smart TV with surround sound. You can connect your Spotify account from your phone to the stereo. Downstairs there is a bathroom with bath and shower and a seperate toilet with hand basin. There is another lounge with TV and glass doors leading out to a patio with couches. 2 bedrooms downstairs have queen beds, and 1 has a king single loft bed (a mattress can be popped on the floor if required) All bedrooms have built in robes.
