Each bedroom is a peaceful retreat, with a queen bed, soft linens, and relaxed styling that reflects the surrounding countryside. The two bathrooms are fresh and functional — one with a rainfall shower, the other thoughtfully integrated with the laundry, complete with a washer, dryer, and a separate toilet for added ease. Year-round comfort is ensured with split-system air conditioning and heating in the living area and the second bedroom. The driveway offers off-street parking for two vehicles behind automated gates. Additional free street parking is also available. Please note that the back garage is not accessible to guests. Firewood packs for the firepit can be pre-ordered and pre-purchased between April and September. We are pet-friendly upon request—please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them.

An eight-minute stroll takes you to the Paragon Hotel for a classic pub meal, or head 11 minutes on foot to Church Street’s dining strip, where you’ll find cosy cafés, brunch at Dancing Goat, and craft beer with woodfired pizza at Mudgee Brewing Co. Pick up essentials at Woolworths supermarket, just a 13-minute walk from home. Robertson Park, home to the town’s much-loved monthly markets, is only 12 minutes away. Within a three-minute drive, you’ll find Roth’s Wine Bar and Three Tails Brewery. Other cellar doors like Burrundulla, Burnbrae, and The Cellar by Gilbert are all under eight minutes.
