It has all the conveniences such as washer/dryer, ducted air conditioning, gas heater, electric blankets, 50" LED TV, wifi, undercover parking and more. Provides a great base for all your adventures, only 1 hour to Thredbo/Perisher or the beautiful Sapphire Coast beaches. Close to Cooma village and it's cafes, pubs, restaurants, post office, petrol stations, McDonalds, Rhythm Snowsports, Woolies/Coles/Aldi.
