You are welcome to book if children and will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. BEDROOM: The main, second, and fourth bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom has a double-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The first bathroom features a toilet, shower, and bathtub, while the second bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The Family Lounge Room has a 55" smart TV, while the Formal Lounge Room has a 65" smart TV, which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to local channels. Note that we don't provide subscriptions to Netflix, YouTube, or other online streaming platforms, so you must use your account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The garage can accommodate up to three cars.
