Families are welcome with a portacot, high chair and safety touches, and guests enjoy access to the building’s pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and quiet study areas. Self check-in is via a secure 24/7 key locker directly across the road (about a two-minute walk), and the address sits inside Melbourne’s Free Tram Zone for effortless exploring. West-facing views look toward Docklands and Marvel Stadium, where New Year’s Eve and some major events feature fireworks, subject to scheduling and weather. High-floor note: During occasional windy weather, building airflow sounds may be audible on higher floors; this is normal for high-rise buildings in the city.
