Enjoy a peaceful stay in a modern private guest suite on the entire ground floor of my home with resort facilities at your fingertips. This peaceful community integrates all the elements of Noosa Living and gives you access to the modern Recreation Club with fully equipped gym, lap pool, toddler pool, tennis courts, and entertaining facilities.
Within the apartment, you have a private bedroom with a queen bed, luxe linen and built-in wardrobes, seperate bathroom & toilet, private lounge with LCD TV & Netflix, outdoor area, BBQ and sun-lounges. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, electric stove top, airfryer/oven/grill and washing machine. You have private access to your apartment with free off-street parking.
This is a smoke-free house so please no smoking on-premises.
Relax, read or laze by the communal 20m lap pool overlooking the lake with plenty of birdlife, stay fit playing tennis or working out in the fully equipped gymnasium - all only 100m from the house!
Bath and beach towels, beach umbrella are provided to allow you just to have carry on luggage. We also provide a hair-dryer, washing/ironing facilities and basic bathroom necessities.
I'm friendly, easy going and would like to share our home with those wanting to explore our beautiful Noosa and its surrounds. I moved from Melbourne over 30 years ago to enjoy what Noosa has to offer and fell in love with it. I stay fit and enjoy the beach, the outdoors, and entertaining. I'm a nurse and graphic designer.
If we are around we would be happy to help with directions or places to visit in and around the Sunshine Coast. Otherwise, you're welcome to be totally self-sufficient and private if that's your desire.
The peaceful and friendly residential neighborhood is very quiet. Surrounded by National park, lakes, and walking tracks.
