Number 31 is a beautifully appointed beach house just a short walk from Smiths Beach, ideal for family getaways or group retreats. With reverse cycle heating and cooling in every room and free Wi-Fi, comfort is guaranteed year-round. The top-level open-plan living area features a sun-filled lounge with smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar, a spacious kitchen with electric cooking and dishwasher, and a dining space for 12 that opens to a large alfresco deck with BBQ and water views. The King Room boasts a private ensuite and direct deck access. Downstairs, the Hide Away Room and retro-inspired Malibu Suite each offer ensuites and added privacy, while the Bunk Room caters perfectly to kids. Outdoor amenities include multiple decks, a fire pit, outdoor shower, and a fully fenced backyard that's pet-friendly.
