Ocean Reef Retreat Set on a gated , secure property in the lovely coastal suburb of Ocean reef. This one bedroom unit is private and super quiet. It has everything you need for a short break away or when visiting family. Only a few hundred metres to the stunning northern beaches. 10 minutes drive to Joondalup and walking distance to cafes, supermarket and everyday necessities. ADULTS ONLY PAID GUESTS ONLY NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC PLEASE PUT GENERAL RUBBISH IN RED BIN GLASS PAPER, PLASTIC,TINS IN YELLOW BIN
Hi I'm Chris and my wife is Vanessa. Vanessa generally works from home as a beauty therapist and make up artist. You can normally find me on the golf course if I'm not home. We love travelling and particularly enjoy cruises. We love meeting people and interacting with and making new friends. Feel free to ask questions, we love to help people settle into the local area. We are very friendly and approachable We are happy to chat and advise on places to visit But respect guests privacy
Ocean Reef is a very peaceful family orientated suburb, only 5km from the city of Joondalup whee you can find Joondalup Shopping centre with over 100 shops. Perth City Centre is 25 minutes away on the train. There is a bus stop which is a 10 minute ride into Joondalup where you can catch the train into Perth. Ocean reef has a small shopping centre with Supermarket, cafe, fish and chips, hair dressers, newsagents, bottle shop and pharmacy. Local beaches are within minutes walk and more stunning beaches at Mullaloo and Burns Beach less than 5 minutes in the car. The world famous Joondalup Golf Resort is 2 minutes drive away with stunning 27 holes, a pub, cafe and restaurant. Perth international airport is around 30 minutes drive. The cruise city of Fremantle is a 45 minute drive down the coast. Hillarys marina less than 5 minutes away with a choice of many eateries and you can get on the ferry to the world famous Rottnest Island where you can meet a quokka. Mindarie Marina is a lovely spot with a number of eateries to chose from less than 10 minutes away. Free parking is off road at the property There is a bus stop close, accessible to Joondalup and the train station to Perth
