Hi, my name is Michael & we operate Margaret River Properties focused on giving each of our guests an amazing experience as you play, relax and explore our region. Being raised in Dunsborough, I have a love of the ocean in my blood. After being away for study and work, I realised how special this region is, and so once we had the opportunity, we decided to move back home to raise our family, and we have loved it since. After travelling over the years, whether in Paris, Montana or Port Douglas, I wanted to share my love of experiences with other people, so here we are sharing through Airbnb. Take in the beauty of crystal clear ocean and crisp white sandy beaches at Geographe Bay, the smell of the salty ocean breeze and the peppermint trees surrounding the Villa. An easy ride to the town centre of Dunsborough to Merchant & Maker, whale watching at the Cape Naturaliste lighthouse or an amazing fine dining experience at Yarri Restaurant.

Over the road from Geographe Bay, local boat ramps, and easy access to the unique Margaret River food and wine region. The area boasts of local produce, boutique wine and beer, local artisans and artists and many natural attractions and experiences. Some of note are fishing during the salmon season over Easter, watching the whale migrations, surfing the many surf breaks, riding through Meelup reserve. For the foodies breakfast & coffee at Merchant & Maker or Goanna Gallery or just coffee at Silver Bullet Espresso down at the Old Dunsborough boat ramp, lunch at Wild Hop Brewery or Eagle Bay Brewery and dinner at Snatch, Bayside Burger Bar or Yarri Restaurant depending on what you are feeling.
