Meet your hosts, Kacey and Dan — a down-to-earth couple in their 40s who share a deep love for K’Gari and the relaxed island lifestyle. Kacey works as a School Business Coach, and Dan is a construction manager, both passionate about creating meaningful experiences and enjoying life’s simple pleasures. Together with their two kids, aged 10 and 13, they spend as much time as possible exploring the island, fishing, swimming, and soaking up the natural beauty that makes K’Gari their favourite place in the world. They’ve poured their hearts into making their Orchid Beach property a welcoming and comfortable retreat for families, friends, and fellow island lovers. Their goal is to make your stay feel effortless — a place where you can unwind, reconnect, and fall in love with K’Gari just as they have.
