"Orontes", one of the original homes in the area, is just metres from Corio Bay and only a few minutes' walk to the Geelong Bollard Bay walk, Rippleside Park, St Helens Park, and North Geelong railway station. Stroll by the bay to Deakin University and the CBD, or take a short drive to vibrant Pakington St, and the freeway to Melbourne. Stylish furnishings and comfortable luxuries are sure to be inviting!
