The Owen cottage is located in the center of Queenstown an old mining town but important centre for the West Coast Tasmania. It was build in 1940's near the top of the hill that connects to the main center Orr street where all supermarkets and cafes are located.
The Owen cottage has been tastefully renovated keeping the old charm of the 1920's and 40's with period furniture and at the same time providing complete modern comfort. Polished timber floors, queen size bedroom and ensuite bathroom with heated floors. Reverse cycle airconditioned. A full laundry with washing and dryer . Full kitchen with ovens and quiet dishwasher, plus an induction cook top to prepare fine meals during your stay. A pantry with essentials is left for you. You will find board games and interesting books and magazines to relax . You may choose to watch a godd movie on Netflix or listen to music via youtub, while admiring the beautiful mountain views that the privilege location of this cottage has to offer.
