Great open plan living with massive lounge/kitchen space with huge island bench that opens on to an expansive patio extending into a generous backyard with an abundance of flora. Polished concrete floors feel cool under your feet throughout main living areas. Newly renovated with new 75 inch smart TV on mount that maneuvers easily to swing around to the patio. New kitchen open and spacious with new appliances. Watch the skies change colour on sunset from front patio.
I share this great house with my two kids Banjo and Liv and let it out occasionally when they are not here. We love the area because we can walk to the beach and enjoy the nature all around the area, creek, beach, bush tracks and surf beaches. The back yard has a very nice outlook and feels very private. The house has a lovely flow through it and I'm sure you will feel right at home in it. Any problems and you can call me direct and i'll resolve or send someone over if a tradie is required.
Norries Headland, the Back beach, Hastings Creek, Mt Warning, Pottsville Markets and heaps more. Loads of great surf spots in the area but keep them to yourself when you go home. Great whale watching platform at the top of the Norries Headland. Good skate park close by for all levels. Best to have a car. House has a large single lock up garage. Located halfway between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast.
