Newly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings, we have maintained the Art Deco features and added beautiful furnishings. Park on Park is warm and welcoming, with new bathrooms, a remodelled kitchen and new driveway and gardens. Four bedrooms (three Queen size beds and one single bed), two bathrooms, kitchen and separate dining/lounge-room await you - together with a wonderful enclosed rear garden, complete with cubby house, BBQ and outdoor setting. The house is available in its entirety with door code access meaning that you never have to worry about losing the key!

We are happy to help out with any tourist tips and are even happy to show you some beautiful jogging places around the City and Mount Wellington. We like our guests to experience a beautiful and clean home. To that end, we use high-quality linen and towels and bath robes are provided - the beds and linen are hotel quality. We also provide a range of breakfast provisions (including cereals, muesli, bread, butter, milk, a range of tea/coffee), condiments and soap, shampoo, conditioner, washing powder. There is a Smart TV in the lounge-room and another in Bedroom 1. Each has NetFlix (separate accounts) and wireless broadband (NBN) is also provided. A Thomson radio/bluetooth sound system is in the lounge.

There is a bus stop 10 metres away and it takes about four minutes to drive to the city proper. Is close to the majestic Hobart waterfront, the Botanical Gardens, Salamanca Place and the North Hobart restaurant strip - which are just minutes away.
