- Damage Deposit Requirement: Before your stay, please be aware that a damage deposit is required when booking this property. This is a refundable deposit. After a successful checkout and inspection of the property, the deposit will be returned to you. The deposit should be reflected in your bank within 10 business days. We can provide a receipt if needed. - Change of Booking Dates: If you would like to make changes to your booking date, please note that we do not allow any changes to reservations within 20 days of your check-in date. - Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, please follow the cancellation policy. - Second Key Request: Only one set of keys is provided per stay. Additional keys require advance pre-order and a security deposit. - NO Front Desk Service: Please ensure that you carry your keys with you when leaving the apartment. As we don't have Front Desk Service in the building, any Call-out service to Deliver Key may incur a Fee requirement. - Baby Cot: We will provide you with a travel cot.
