Please note that the resort pool is undergoing upgrades and will be operational from July 1st, 2024. Nestled directly opposite the gorgeous St Kilda Botanical Gardens, this spacious and airy apartment is instantly welcoming. The open plan living and dining area has full length glass windows and flows to the balcony, capturing leafy outlooks. Inside, a palette of timber, crisp whites and pops of colour create a sense of warmth. From morning till night this apartment exudes comfort. Kick back on the sofas enjoying movie nights at home. Whip up a feast in the gourmet monochrome-themed kitchen and come together around the dining table. Those on a business trip can make use of a dedicated study nook with a proper desk and chair. Air-conditioning and heating throughout renders the space a year-round retreat. Sleep easy in two beautiful bedrooms. Both come with heating and cooling and are set with queen-sized beds topped in luxury linens for a good night’s sleep. There’s abundant wardrobe space for storing your belongings, as well as side tables and reading lights. An immaculate bathroom highlights a bathtub and separate rain shower allowing guests to refresh in style, while in-unit laundry facilities add to your daily convenience with both a washing machine and dryer. Free street parking is available in the area.

Neighbourhood information

Bounded by the sandy shore of Elwood Beach, life here feels like you’re on holiday. Neighbouring St Kilda, the bayside suburb of Elwood is known for its bike paths that run along the scenic foreshore and a vibrant café culture along Ormond Road. There are farmers markets held on the second and fourth Saturday of the month in the local primary school and pretty parks and reserves for a picnic. Start the day with brunch at Plain Sailing, grab a smoothie from Combi and drink and dine at The Milton. Hop on a train from Elwood station for an easy ride into the CBD.
