Property information

Walk into the large, air conditioned, open plan living area fitted with a large Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and magnificent views of Soldiers Point waterways, the living area opens out onto the balcony with dining furnisher and gas BBQ. There is a renovated fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and induction cooktop. Walk up 8 steps to the bedrooms, the main bedroom has a King Bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and renovated ensuite with floor to ceiling tiles, shower, vanity, and toilet. Bedroom two has a Queen bed and ceiling fan whilst bedroom three has two King Single beds and ceiling fan. Pelican Sands is a small complex of 6 units and provides an inground swimming pool right on the waterfront. Pelican Sands has strict policies for no guest pets, no party groups and is strictly a no smoking complex. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service

Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
