Peppercorns Riverside Farm Stay is located in Clarence Town, approximately 45 mins north of Newcastle and 2.5 hours from Sydney. Guests will feel immediately relaxed and at home in our large country farm house with private access to the salt water pool, 15 acres of farmland and 250m river frontage.
The 5-bedroom home is spacious with multiple spaces to relax and entertain. The large back deck is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the views of the property and surrounding ranges of Wallaroo National Park.
Located on the banks of the Williams River, the property is ideal for lovers of boating, fishing and kayaking. Bring your boat and spend the day wakeboarding or waterskiing and then tie up on the private pontoon.
I take great pride in being able to provide guests with a great experience. The property is perfect for large groups and families to spend time with each other and also spend time on a farm.
The area is a very quiet and peaceful and located on the banks of the Williams River. Clarence Town is a small village (5kms from the property) with an IGA, bakery, Pub and Chemist.
