Located on Wildwood Road, nice and close to a bottle shop, petrol station with timber supplies, and the exciting Discover Deadly reptile centre, you won't have to go far to ensure everyone is entertained. Step into a light-filled open-plan living space with timber floors, a log fireplace, and a comfy lounge beside a smart TV. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso pod machine and overlooks a dining area perfect for long meals and good conversation. The main living area leads out to an alfresco patio with a BBQ, pizza oven, and firepit, all framed by expansive lawns and farm views. A covered patio features table tennis and space to play and get together, while the private tennis court offers more outdoor fun. The bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out: the primary bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite with shower. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom offers a double sofa bed—ideal for children or teens. The main bathroom features a bathtub and shower combo, with laundry facilities conveniently located nearby. Split system air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round. There is a locked garage and machinery shed on the property, however, access is not granted.
