Pina Mimosa is a newly renovated, fully air conditioned 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Airlie Beach. Featuring an impressive kitchen with breakfast bar, timber bench-tops, coffee machine, under bench oven and electric cook-top. Bathroom has a large bathtub, separate shower, and fully equipped laundry. The spacious, light filled living area opens out onto the spacious balcony overlooking the main street. The perfect spot for a BBQ while enjoying the cool breeze. The Lagoon, specialty shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and Airlie's famous night is only a few steps from the front door. This apartment also has an undercover car space. Please note: Bedroom 1 has a king bed plus a queen sofa bed. The property is located on the top floor and there is no lift in complex (4 flights on stairs). As the properties are self-contained, daily housekeeping is not included however each property contains a few essentials to get you through the first night. This includes toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and washing powder (if the property has laundry facilities). You may need to purchase extra supplies for the duration of your stay.
