Steps to the beach and rolling waves, this luxury, spacious, light-filled home with 3.3m ceilings, linen furnishings, chandeliers, and living areas overlooking a centrepiece pool, together with a designer kitchen, is amazing both for entertaining and families. Kids shoot hoops on the half-basketball court, play backyard cricket or explore rock pools. Step out to fitness trails in the reserve, morning coffee or minutes' drive to local wineries, restaurants and the best of the Peninsula
I like to share the beautiful property and experience with guests so they can experience all the Mornington Peninsula and Point Leo has to offer. I particularly like that we are on a bush reserve, steps to the beach as well as access to the wineries and restaurants including the award-winning Point Leo Estate.
Out the front is a bushland reserve that wraps around the headland and beaches. On low tide you can walk around to Shoreham, and in the other direction Balnarring. The family bay beach is often protected if the surf is up on the other side.
Generous parking for 4+ cars out the front of the house with plenty more in the beach car park across the street
