It is conveniently located within walking distance ( 9 Minutes ) to the front beach. The Rye Carnival, Pier, restaurants and shops are also all within walking distance; however there is no need to leave the beautifully presented home as you have your own Heated swimming pool to relax in or alternatively keep the children entertained.
Local tourist spots are all conveniently located within a short drive from "Pool to Sand In 800mtrs"
