An open-plan kitchen/dining/living space offers quality appliances, 8 person dining and a huge wall-mounted Smart TV. Glass doors lead out to an al-fresco deck. Situated 9 kilometres (5.6 miles) from Melbourne’s CBD (Downtown), Preston is a vibrant suburb teaming with shops, eateries and bars, and growing in popularity as it continues to be gentrified. The townhouse itself is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk to a Woolworths supermarket in one direction and an IGA supermarket in the other. Preston Markets are even closer, offering a host of eateries, and shops for food, fashion, home/living hair and beauty. Even more choice is available only a little further away on High Street. HP Zwar Park is a few minutes stroll from the townhouse, with Preston City Oval 12 minutes on foot. The Preston Conference Centre is just 5 minutes walk away.
