This gorgeous 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is very well furnished, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, and full bathroom. You are only 3 minutes from the West Leederville train station. The apartment is on the top/2nd floor, there are about 30 steps to climb fyi. Excellent location across from Mueller Park. Secure parking

Subiaco is a great place to stay as it is an easy distance to the downtown either walking or grab the free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses. The West Leederville train station is just a few minutes walk away. You will be right across from Mueller Park a lovely spot to relax.
