Situated on Mandurah's canals, C Mandurah Apartment Resort offers fully furnished, serviced apartments with free WiFi and free onsite secure parking. This self-rated 4 star accommodation is a 5-minute drive from Mandurah's long stretch of white sand beaches, impressive surf breaks, parklands and selection of restaurants and cafes. It's also a five minute walk, drive, scoot etc into the vibrant Mandurah City. C Mandurah Apartment Resort offers a range of spacious, self-contained accommodation including studio, one and three bedroom apartments, designed to make guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The accommodation offers satellite TV. The property is a 35-minute drive from Rockingham and Kwinana. Pinjarra is a 25-minute drive and Perth CBD is a 45-minute drive away. Guests can enjoy a swim in the outdoor swimming pool and shared outdoor spa (heating not guaranteed). There is also a BBQ area and boat pens for anyone bring their own boat.

C Mandurah has operated a management rights business on site for 20 + years. We are the contracted short term accommodation manager situated on site. We manage multiple apartment types on site.

We are a hop, skip or jump (or short drive, walk, scoot, ride etc) into the beautiful Mandurah CDB. Literally a five minute walk across the bridge into town with everything to ensure a great night out. Situated on the Halls Head waterways/ canals with boat pens. There is also a shopping complex nearby with grocery and liquor store, bar, chemist, hairdresser, bakery etc. The Western Foreshore is across the road with a new HUGE nature playground and state of the art skate park. studio rooms to 3 bedroom self contained apartments. Some on the waterfront or with waterviews.

Halls Head is the best island in Mandurah with the magnificent Halls Head coastline including a coastal path, beautiful beaches and Foreshores, cafes and a short walk, drive or ride into Mandurah City. We're the leafy, hilly suburb in Mandurah. The BEST suburb in Mandurah. Our Complex is situated on the Halls Head canals/ waterways.

此住宿的住客须知

Please note housekeeping service is not included on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2 forms of ID may be requested for same day bookings. At least one photo ID which will need to match the name, address and car rego of the guest. If two forms are not presented, staff can cancel the booking or request a $500 bond.

Daily inspections will be conducted if the guest is or is not present and extensions will not be granted without one. Including any new bookings made overnight. Do not assume you have an extension if you have made a booking online overnight.

Bonds must be paid by credit card and will be returned within 5 working days. Staff may accept a cash bond but the guest will have to supply their bank details for a refund within five working days.

Bonds will be retained to cover any damage, noise call outs and evictions, if keys are lost, rooms require extra or deep cleaning (stains, extra rubbish, dishes not clean and put away etc).

We have CCTV and are good friends with the local police and have a contract security presence on site.
