Private separate entrance with free parking, our tiny house is fully equipped for comfort & ease with a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, hot shower, lounge with tv (Netflix etc), upstairs loft bed, and covered deck seating with BBQ. The space is accessed via a sliding glass door that faces a quiet residential street, protected by a fantastic Morton Bay fig tree for privacy. The deck has a partial screen to the left (protecting from neighbours), but please bear in mind our driveway runs alongside this so while you are sitting on the deck you may see/hear our comings and goings. If the stairs to the loft bedroom will be an issue please let us know as we can set up the fold-out couch downstairs as an alternative sleeping arrangement (a very comfortable sleep), though keep in mind this will remove the casual lounge factor. If you are 2 guests who would prefer to sleep separately, we can also set up the fold-out couch downstairs for an added fee. Pets: Please let us know if you’re bringing your well trained pet with you. They are welcome to stay, but please bring your own pet bed & we kindly ask you keep them off the furniture. The property doesn’t have a fence so your pet will need to be monitored when outside in the garden. There are some great dog friendly trails only a short walk from the property - we will supply some info for your ease of adventure.

My partner Ben & I live on the property with our 2 friendly dogs Dolly & Dusty, and our 3 chickens. We live on the back dwelling which is fully secured; we are mindful of our dogs’ interaction with guests, though at times you might hear them when outside with us playing in the back garden. Ben built this tiny house using recycled timber & trimmings. All interior amenities are brand new for your ease & comfort. We hope you fall in love with this little sanctuary as much as we have.
