Situated in a close proximity to the Toukley Golf Course, Tuggerah Lakes and a number of beaches, this holiday home is going to be your comfortable launch pad for all kinds of outdoor activities: cycling, golfing, surfing, swimming, kayaking, fishing, bush-walking or simply relaxing and unwinding. Clean, comfortable, homely and whispering quiet R us. Our holiday home features a main bedroom with a queen-bed, plus a second & third bedroom each with a single bed. This is an ideal space for a working holiday, with a high-speed WI-FI, a laptop-friendly workspace, coffee/tea bar, and a whispering quiet backyard. From here, one can hear nothing but the bird songs. For those who like to enjoy the comforts of home while on holidays, this place is your home away from home. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area as well as a patio and an outdoor alfresco area in the fully fenced backyard. We strive to provide a safe and accessible home to our guests. All rooms are located on one single floor. Inside the house there is a laundry equipped with a washing machine/cloth dryer, one bathroom with a walking in shower, plus a separate toilet with grab rails installed.

Dear Guests, Welcome! This is your home away from home. Relax and unwind in between the lake and the sea, in our holiday house full of home comforts. My husband and myself we're active cyclists, bush-walkers and ocean-swimmers all year round. We stay at the holiday house whenever it's not booked. I am also a member of the Central Coast Dragon Boat Club. We love sharing information on outdoor activities around the Central Coast area with our guests. This holiday home is situated in a quiet non-through road in the residential area of Toukley. Budgewoi Lake is just a stone-throw away, where you can go golfing, fishing or kayaking. Most of the local attractions, such as the Norah Head Lighthouse, Lakes Beach, Solders Beach, and Red Gum and Lilly Pilly Walking Track can be reached in 15-min on bike. In addition, there are a number of 20 km long scenic cycleways along the Tuggerah Lake & Budgewoi Lake. The Entrance is only 15 mins away by car and Nelson Bay is about 1 hour away. Free parking is provided on the property as well as plenty of off-street parking.
