It is casual, comfortable and contemporary, and has stunning views. The outdoor bath tub is also a great feature, perfect for cleaning up before relaxing in front of the wood burning stove. There are extensive night road works to repair landslip damage on Moss Vale Road and restore full road access at Cambewarra Mountain. Moss Vale Road on Cambewarra Mountain will be closed in both directions from 7pm to 5am, Sunday to Thursday from April to June. Vehicle access is permitted for 5 minutes at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 12am, 2am or 4am. Detours are also available through Kangaroo Valley Road. Where will I be? Ribbonwood is located on Cambewarra Lookout Road between Berry and Kangaroo Valley. It is a 15 minute drive to Berry, 15 minute drive to Kangaroo Valley, 20 minute drive to Nowra, and 30 minutes to Seven Mile Beach. The stunning Cambewarra Lookout and Cafe is also only a few minutes drive by car - well worth a visit to see the spectacular coastal views on a clear day! How is the property laid out? Ribbonwood is a split level design with the master, master en-suite and a private deck area on the ground / entry level. Stairs then take you up to the main living area which has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with forest views. There is also a second bedroom and second bathroom on this level. The second bedroom also has access to an outside deck area, the lawns, and the open air / outside bath tub. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine that is compatible with Nespresso coffee pods.

Surrounded by beautiful escarpments, Kangaroo Valley is a historic town just two hours from Sydney. Stroll down the main street to discover cafes, shops, historic buildings and the famous Pioneer Village Museum. The Hampden Bridge, with its impressive Victorian sandstone towers, is Australia's last surviving wooden suspension bridge. Bush walks, unique rainforests and winding creeks will keep nature lovers satisfied, while adventurers can abseil the spectacular gorges or paddle along the picturesque Kangaroo River. The Southern Highlands and its wineries are a short drive away, as is the Shoalhaven with its pristine beaches. There really is something for everyone in Kangaroo Valley!
