Riverend Regent is a central property where old heritage meets modern and sleek. With the ability to sleep up to eight with spacious living and dining area along with outdoor area, this property also offers 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms & parking space for up to 2 cars. The property can sleep up to 10 guests, which makes this a perfect space for a family holiday. The open plan living / kitchen / dining area is tasteful and modern. The lounge area features a large modular couch with the ability to seat the whole home comfortably in front of the TV and lavish gas log fire. The upstairs loft style area connects to the downstairs by platform viewing over the kitchen making this space light and large. Other features to this home includes a separate laundry, separate sitting areas - one upstairs, the other downstairs, small backyard, sheltered courtyard area boasting afternoon sun and off street parking.
