Please note that the property is licensed to accommodate 6 people with a maximum of 4 adults. With three bedrooms this fully equipped home comfortably sleeps 4 adults plus an additional 2 children. Spacious open plan living continues onto an expansive, covered deck and BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and dishwasher. There is a main bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 x single beds. The house has ducted air-conditioning & heating throughout. There is a fully size laundry with washer and dryer and a separate WC. The property is fenced with a gate at the driveway and there is ample parking. The deck is surrounded by large native trees making it the ideal retreat for your Margaret River getaway. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds.
