This is such a relaxing and peaceful space. fantastic view of the Manning River. 1km walk to CBD, yet quiet. 1.3km to Manning Base Hospital and nearby to Mayo and Wingham Community Hospital. 800m to TAFE. 5km to Manning Entertainment Centre. Plenty of restaurants that I can recommend to you. Excellent position if you are into kayaking and other water activities as this property is within 100m of the boat ramp. Note: pets require own bed. EV charge incurs an additional fee. Breakfast is self cook.
